Thanks for visiting my shop! I hope you've enjoyed browsing and if you have any questions, please contact me using the "contact RomeoEnvy" link on the right, or directly at RomeoEnvy [!at] gmail [dot] com

My philosophy on jewelry making is first to have a fun creative outlet. I thank my wonderful husband for encouraging me in my business endeavors, even though my hobby doesn't quite break even yet. ;)

My favorite materials are freshwater pearls, semiprecious gemstones, Swarovski crystals, and silver chain.

Returns and exchanges
I make every effort to list and photograph items in a representative way. However, with the exception of custom necklace lengths, if you receive your item and it isn't to your liking, you can return it within 30days for a refund. Refunds will be in the same manner as initial payment.
Payment
I accept Paypal and personal check. If sending a personal check make sure to let me know it's been sent within 7days.

If notice of payment isn't received within 7days of purchase I will cancel the order. If payment isn't received within 14days I will cancel the order.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated in announcements, all items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

I use USPS mail and pack the items in silver, cotton-filled boxes within a protective bubble-mailer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom necklace length:
Wherever possible I've allowed for you to adjust the necklace length on checkout in the "message to seller" note. This is a one-time adjustment, and unless you request a length that affects resale value, you can still return the necklace if it isn't to your liking.

These necklaces have a minimum length listed with them so you know the range you can work with. If you need to go smaller, I'm happy to accomodate, but at that point the necklace becomes final sale.

Not sure what length you'd like?
You can use a string draped around your neck and then lay it straight to measure it, or measure a favorite necklace that "hangs" how you like. If you're still uncertain, send me a convo/email and I'll be happy to help.
