New to Etsy and aren't sure how to make a purchase?

Please do take a moment to familiarize yourself with my shop policies before making a purchase. If you have any questions that are not answered below, do not hesitate to send me a convo and I will be more than happy to help.
I only accept payment through PayPal.
I expect payment to be made within three days of purchase; however, if you would like to purchase an item but cannot make payment for a few days, send me a convo and I will be happy to allow you up to a week to make payment. Please note that items will not ship until payment is received. If payment is not made within a week of purchase, the transaction will be canceled.
I ship items purchased within 2-5 business days after payment has been processed. My work is made to order so please allow me these days to create your order.
Usually I ship every Sunday and Tuesday so the orders from Wednesday through Saturday will be shipped on the following Sunday.
I ship worldwide by registered Air Mail, Please allow 14-21 business days for arrival (for US, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand customers) and 7-14 (for Europe customers)
If it's a time sensitive order or if you wish, I can use EMS expedited shipping services for an extra 20-30$ (according to shipping destination). It should take up to 4 business days.
Please let me know if you would like me to ship your jewelry to a different address then your Etsy address by mentioning the correct shipping address in "massage to seller" while doing check out. Otherwise I will ship your jewelry to your Etsy address.
All jewelry comes in a pretty gift box, carefully packaged with lots of love and care.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are offered on a case by case basis only. I do try very hard to make sure I accurately portray my items and that each piece is scrutinized for the highest quality. If by some chance you are not happy with your order, or there has been a fault on my behalf, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. It is my greatest concern that all my customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback if you are unhappy with your purchase.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Positive feedback will be left after your order has shipped. Please return the positive feedback once your item has been satisfactorily received. If there has been any dissatisfaction with your order, please send me a convo so that I may right any mistake on my behalf. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback without first contacting me with your concerns. It is my sincerest hope to leave you with a pleasant buying experience.
*Sold items & custom orders*
Many designs in my shop are limited or one of a kind items. If a sold item has caught your eye, do not hesitate to contact me to see if creating a similar item is a possibility.
Custom order inquiries are always welcome, though I may not be able to accept each and every one for various reasons. Please do send me a convo if you have a design in mind. I would love to work with you to create a beautiful, one of a kind piece that you will cherish for years to come.
Additionally, please keep in mind that many items can be customized by an alteration in color, scale, length, etc. If you see an item for sale that you would like with some minor adjustments, send me a convo and we can discuss customizing it to suit you.
If you are interested in purchasing multiples of a design for your bridesmaids and perhaps something for yourself for that special day, please send me a convo to discuss customizing an order that will surpass all your dreams!
