Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If there is ever a problem with something you have purchased, please contact me and I would be happy to work with you to resolve it. Your satisfaction is so important to me!
I am happy to take returns on non-custom orders, but you will be responsible for return shipping and a $5 restocking fee. The item or items must be unused and shipped back to me within one week of you receiving them. Once I receive them and confirm they are in their original condition, you will be reimbursed.
I am not responsible for items lost in transit, but am happy to try and help track them down.
Payment
Please provide payment within 24 hours of your purchase. I will ship your item as soon as payment clears. Thanks for shopping with me!
If you'd like to cancel a purchase, please let me know within 24 hours. If the item has already shipped and you want to cancel, you are responsible for return shipping as well as a $5 restocking fee.
Shipping
I usually ship all ready to ship items in the shop either the same or next day via USPS, unless another carrier provides better pricing. Items will not ship before payment clears. You will be provided with a tracking number.
During busy holiday seasons or inclement weather affecting delivery, you may need to allow for an extra day or two in shipping.
I am not responsible for items lost in transit, but am always happy to help you try and track it down.
If you'd like to upgrade your shipping and it's not available during purchase just let me know in the notes and I'll make sure it's upgraded! You will be responsible for the difference in shipping, but I can easily invoice you separately.
International customers - please note that I am responsible for shipping and handling only and am not responsible for any custom's fees or taxes incurred during shipping. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
