Though only a few items are listed as such nearly everything in the shop is a unique, hand-crafted, piece that cannot be duplicated exactly.

Shipping
Method: I ship smaller items by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail within the US only at this time. I do not ship internationally. All orders receive USPS tracking, some orders (those with fragile or high-cost items) will have extra insurance purchased for them.

Ship Times: I usually print labels and ship orders in the early mornings on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If your order comes in after that window, or has a problem which delays it past that window, it will go out on the next possible day. I try to ship within 3-5 business days, or one week. If a delay is expected I will contact the buyer with information about the delay and updated delivery times. The postal service's speed from here may mean it takes longer than 5 days to arrive.

Please make sure your address is correct, accurate and current.

All packages are shipped in plain boxes without large or obvious branding, and no symbols/glyphs or sigils. This means that what you order is your business.

If an item is taking an unusually long time to arrive, or shows as "delivered" via tracking but has not arrived please notify me and contact your local post office.
Additional policies and FAQs
Customer Support: Any item you buy from me you are always welcome to ask question about pretty much forever. Bought a wand from me fifteen years ago? Bought a wand you're pretty sure I made? I can tell you if I did, and you're still absolutely, 100%, welcome to contact me and ask me about the stones, the crystal, the wood...etc. I almost always remember those details (as long as I can see a picture to jog my memory). Lost a rune? Contact me with a photo that best represents the colors (or the color named in your purchase) and I'll get a replacement listed ASAP!

Wholesale Inquiries: Physical shops are welcome to contact me about wholesale orders.

Botanicals: All botanical items are lovingly procured either from my own gardens, through ethical wildcrafting, or from other growers and gatherers. They are air dried (never roasted), and stored in air tight containers away from light and heat to preserve them longer. Despite the quality of our botanicals they are never intended for consumption and no claims of a medical nature are ever made about them. Folkloric anecdotes are provided for curiosity's sake alone.

Animal Products: Any animal products in this shop are nature finds unless otherwise noted.
