Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges

If you have received damaged or incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible after receive them.
I will accept returns up to 4 weeks after the item ships. You must send me a message immediately.
I will refund purchase price, but not shipping fees, once I am able to inspect the item.

Payment

I accept Paypal payment and international bank transfers (although its slower).

Shipping

my ITEMS ARE SHIPPED FROM LUXEMBOURG
all items in my shop has FREE SHIPPING now.
I use regular AIR MAIL letters. None of my packages was lost!

If you with have your package to be REGISTERED MAIL please convo me in advance.

Items are shipped out within 1-2 days after confirmation of payment and it should take about a week to arrive. Packages of bubble envelopes protected with tape, each item is separately wrapped in bubble foil and decorative packing paper and send by P&T Luxembourg (http://www.pt.lu/portal/lang/en/Postes/pid/237)
