One suggestion I would have is to add a flap of a few inches of material along the left edge of the case that can reach further when it’s folded up to cover the needles in the left column of pockets. (I bought the large case and it’s pretty full!) That would make it a 6/5 stars! I love this case, thank you!

ABOUT ME
As I finished up my career in the cooperate world (prior to this, a hairdresser) and became a wife and mother, I also began knitting and sewing. I made many things for the home and for my children and in 2016, I decided to open online. I have made hundreds of bags and knitting and crochet organisers ever since. I now will be stocking the very best tools and accessories to help you with your very own craft journey. It is my passion to keep designing and make items to help others be organised and enjoy their own projects they have on the go. I choose to source high quality fabrics that are international designer brands and make pieces that are unique just for you. There is a little something for everyone.
THE NAME Roseabylily
Roseabylily is pronounced 'Rose a by lily'. How did this come about? Well of course these names would have to be linked to my babies. It wasn't easy to find an available name combining Rose and Lily and so at that point of time I was singing lullabies to my baby in 2016, 'rock a by baby' and then came 'rose a by lily'. There we had it.

Custom and personalised orders
I am very happy to make custom orders, please message us with any enquiries.
Can you combine the shipping if purchasing more than one item?
NZ wide shipping the answer is yes. However international parcels, the freight is charged by weight. When the weight of a parcel goes beyond 200grams, freight will go up slightly. When more than one item is ordered internationally, an additional $5 is added to the freight per item, and Australia an additional $2 per item.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your handmade item can either be wrapped in brown paper or a brown paper bag.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will try to resolve the problem.
Customer pays for return postage unless the product is faulty. We will only refund shipping costs if the product is faulty.
Refunds will be given once we have received the item in 'as bought' condition.
Please note that custom made orders are non-refundable.
International parcels
International parcels receive a tracking number however the postage you paid isn’t a proper tracking service and only provides limited tracking. If you haven't received your parcel, please contact us and we can investigate for you through NZ post using the tracking number that was given to us when we shipped your item. Lost or missing orders, our policy is to first locate the order in the courier system and assist with any delivery issues. The order may be refunded by NZ post if they cannot locate your parcel. This can take a few weeks to resolve. If you would like to include full tracking, please notify us and we can upgrade your shipping costs.
Processing times for Made to Order/Custom Orders
Please allow 1-2 weeks to complete made to order / custom made orders. If you have an urgent request however, please message me and we can together on a possible ETA.
Lost or damaged items
If you haven't received your parcel, please contact us and we will investigate for you through NZ post using the tracking number that was given to us when we shipped your item. Our policy is to first locate the order in the courier system and assist with any delivery issues. If your order cannot be located after a given time, NZ Post may provide a refund for the cost of the item purchased. An investigation can take 4-6 weeks.
We are not responsible for a parcel if we have been given the wrong delivery address.
If you would like to include full tracking on an item, please notify us and we can upgrade your shipping costs to include this.
Bulk orders and Shipping
Bulk orders can be offered at discounted rates which vary in quantity. Shipping costs will vary as well depending in quantities. Please message me for an official quote.
Can I return face masks?
Due to health reasons, we cannot return face masks.
Covid-19 delays
Covid-19 is unfortunately causing significant delays worldwide for the post. Freight is working on limited worldwide freights which has at times increased the usual delivery time out to a further 2 weeks.
