Shipped promptly, nice light scent but I felt it was a little too abrasive for my hair type (wavy, thick)

All of the Rosebud soaps I've tried are excellent...made with love, delight, imagination, and care. They feel great on my skin, and add charming scent and color in the bath.
Packaging is thoughtful and minimal, and response is always quick.
Thank you for such special craft work!

Got the lemon bar. I love it, my first time using a bar shampoo. Works great for my kids hair too! Fast and easy shipping as well.

About

Why palm oil free?

I used to fight for a living. As a lawyer, conflict and controversy came with the job. “How marvelous,” I thought, “to retool and spend my time crafting beautiful and sweet-smelling soap for a living!”

It didn’t take long to realize that there is conflict and controversy in the soap making world. Palm oil. It is everywhere. It is in 40-50% of our household stuff, like food, toothpaste, cleaning products, cosmetics, and SOAP.

Palm oil production is responsible for devastating deforestation, habitat loss, and human rights abuses all across the palm oil producing world.

I used palm oil at first. In fact, most recipes on-line and in books call for palm oil. But when I started designing my own recipes, I made a commitment to be PALM OIL FREE. You will never see palm oil as an ingredient in any of my products. Nope. Never. Does it matter? You bet it does. We can make a difference.

So, go ahead. Take a PALM OIL FREE splash!
