Teri, I received the mugs upon my return home late last night. The mugs arrived safe and sound due to your secure packaging. Words are inadequate when it comes to describing how perfect the mugs are. I am proud to give a gift of the beautifully crafted items that you have made. I am certain that these mugs will become a treasured heirloom to be loved and cherished. Your artistic talent is amazing! Thanks so very much for the love and care you add to every item you make. Warmest Regards, Janeen

I love giving porcelain baby shoes as gifts. This is the 20th baby shoe I've ordered and beautifully done by Teri! Our granddaughter loved it for her new baby boy!
Home based porcelain artists
What do we do? Some of the work we do starts with blank white porcelain. We then draw on a design that we use kiln fired paints to paint the color on. We paint and fire several times to get the color built up and the intensity of the shade. Many special techniques and paints are also used in the creation of our hand painted porcelain.
Some of our work is low fire ceramic, and we also do high fire porcelain clay work.
How did you start your shop? We started in a kitchen in a very small upstairs apartment. We were doing classes in the kitchen and then grew to the spare bedroom and finally a room in the downstairs. When we got our first house half the basement was dedicated to the teaching and painting studio. We have since moved again and a lot the work is done in a garage converted to be our studio.
How does it all work? Everyone has a role. Teri does most all of the teaching and painting. June Rose sculpts and paints for Rosebud. April does mostly low fire work and wheel work. She also is our photographer. Bob does everything else.
Owner, Maker, Designer
Teri started out doing ceramics in the 3rd grade and hasn't stopped yet.
June Neff is Teri's mom. She china paints, does clay work, and does all our fabric working.
Bob is Teri's husband. He does it all, paints, mixes our colors, puts lamps together, gets our craft shows up and running. Pretty much everything to leave me time for painting. Thank you Bob.
