Shipping
I am not responsible if a package/item is lost, damaged or stolen in the mail.
Claims are to be made with the US Postal Service. I provide tracking only IF REQUESTED. Please convo me prior to purchase and I'll update the shipping quote.

I usually ship once a week from the USPS outpost at University of Texas in Austin (when I'm out of town I'll ship from USPS outpost at New Ipswich, NH).

International shipping quotes are often estimates. If you would like an exact quote for your country, please convo me. If you are buying more than one item, I'd be more than happy to provide an exact shipping estimate.

I ship USPS first-class primarily. if you need your item(s) faster, please convo me and I'll update the shipping quote to reflect priority/express pricing.

If you're interested in insurance, please let me know prior to purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns for items that do not fit. Please keep in mind I sell vintage, used clothing that has usually been worn/used in a past life, and may have some light wear. I note rips, stains, holes, pilling, etc, to the best of my ability. I also attempt to measure all clothing to the best of my ability. If you are unsure about anything, please convo me BEFORE purchasing -- I'm happy to answer any questions!

I usually include bust, true waist, and hip measurements for each article of clothing because US sides can be subjective to the maker. To check your measurements in this way, use a measuring tape to measure around your bust (at widest while wearing a bra, under your armpits), true waist (approximately around bellybutton), and hips (around your butt at the widest point).

For shoes, the best thing is to measure the insoles and outsoles of a pair of shoes that fit you well, and compare to the measurements provided.

If I grossly misrepresent an item and you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know.
