5 out of 5 starsThis set is AMAZING. I got one as a sample to see if I should order more and let me tell you, it is so freaking soft!! It’s definitely an oversized top, but the style is akin to the spiritwear brands you see in college. The tie die isn’t too bright but also isn’t as pale as I thought it might be from the pictures. The shorts are a little long for my taste but can be easily rolled. 10/10. Will be buying more :)

4 out of 5 starsReally love this! It’s definitely a larger fit though. I should have sized down! For reference I bought a medium and am 5’6 and 145 pounds and a small would have still fit slightly baggy. Hope this helps future buyers!

No fault of the seller, but USPS is not delivering items as promised, which is something to be aware of if you’re ordering on a deadline. Shirt is super cute! Perfect color, sized well. Seller was quick to respond and easy to work with.

About Us
Welcome! My name is Kayla and I am the owner and operator of Rose Gold Rebel. After years of being a graphic designer for a corporate company, I left my job to take care of my newborn son and enjoy things that make me happy: family, hand lettering, and drinking coffee, lots of coffee.
You might think I had this all planned out, but that wasn't the case at all. Although I am a very organized individual with a pesky habit of perfectionism, deciding to open my shop happened completely on a whim. I started Rose Gold Rebel to create things that I love, beginning with hand-crafted coffee mugs, and the response was overwhelming.
Today, Rose Gold Rebel is so much more. We strive to be the go-to brand for women on a mission. Whatever your goals may be, we want to be right there beside you, fueling you with coffee, inspiration, and beautiful things along the way. So go ahead girl - We got you. Please note we try to get to all conversations as quickly as possible even outside of business hours, however we can only promise responses during our posted times. During Christmas Season please expect 24-48 hours for a response due to the influx of messages.
HOLIDAY ORDER INFORMATION
• Turn Times - 5 business days for production and 3-5 business days for US shipping (8-10 business days total turn time). USPS only guarantees priority express (5 days production + overnight shipping). International orders will take 10+ business days for shipping. Delays are expected for shipping due to the influx of packages around the holidays. "Rush" production will not be available until after Christmas. Unfortunately we can't guarantee Christmas deliveries, however if you order by December 13th US orders should arrive by Christmas.
• Conversations - Please read the entire description, look at the listing photos, and our FAQ. The majority of questions can be answered in these sections. Frequently asked questions
How long until my order has shipped?
To create each item takes 3-5 business days. During Holidays please expect all orders to be shipped on the 5th business day due to the influx of orders.
When will my package arrive? Can I put a need by date in the checkout notes?
Packages are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days and take an additional 3-5 days for shipping. Please note USPS only guarantees overnight express shipping. If you need your product by a certain date please plan accordingly or upgrade to rush production plus express shipping. If you are unsure of your arrival date please reach out! All requests for a quicker arrival date put in the checkout notes will be ignored and orders will be produced according to what production times/shipping options you chose at checkout. During the holidays USPS can take longer due to higher volumes. Again please plan accordingly or upgrade your turn/ship times.
Can I make a change to my order?
We will try our best to get to your conversation and change requests as soon as possible. However we can not guarantee any changes allowed to your order after it is submitted. Please make sure all information is correct before placing your order. During holidays and for all embroidery orders, no changes to orders will be accepted, no exceptions.
Can you gift wrap my order or add a card?
All of our mug orders come with option to choose gift wrapping when you are selecting the options on each listing. If you would like a free notecard and envelope with your order please send us the text in the notes section located in your cart. The notecard is available for any order whether you want your order gift wrapped or not.
Cancellations, Refund, Exchanges
Since we are a made to order shop our policies state no cancellations or returns/exchanges. Once your order is placed we immediately use your payment to order your supplies to complete your items. We understand plans may changes, events might get canceled etc. However, we are not able to return your goods after they are ordered from our suppliers or get back the time or money lost from creating your custom items. Please respect this policy and order accordingly.
Where is the notes section or where do I request my notes on personalizing my customized mug with a name, state, color, or a mousepad with a letter?
All listings should have a personalization box where you can submit your information. If you do not see this area there is also a checkout notes to seller section. * PLEASE NOTE: This is only for items that already have a customized spot. This is not for mugs or mousepads that are predesigned with no required changes.*
I put the wrong shipping address when checking out, can you change it?
Unfortunately we can not guarantee a shipping address change. However, if you did accidentally submit a wrong address, please make sure to contact us immediately and we will note that on your order. Please note, if your item is on the 5th business day of production or it has already shipped we most likely won't be able to change your shipping address in time.
My package has shipped but I put an old address, what can I do?
Unfortunately, once an item is marked shipped the postage for that location has been purchased already and is on its way to the post office. The best thing you can do is contact your post office or go to their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt and contact USPS immediately. I checked my tracking and my package is being returned. Can you send it to the correct address?
If the address is not deliverable, the package will be returned to us and you can pay for new shipping to the correct location. Previous shipping costs will not be refunded. Once a package has shipped the postage has been paid for and we can not refund those costs.
I received my order and there is a problem with my order. How do I fix it?
We must be notified of any issues with your order within 4 business days of delivery. If 4 business days have gone by since delivery, and your items were needed for a specific event, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This will ensure a timely resolution to any issues.
Items returned to us due to an issue with your order must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If we accepted an exchange and your items are not in this condition - we reserve the right to refuse that exchange.
If there is an issue with delivery we will need to be notified in 48 hours.
