Rose in Bloom is ran by me, a 22-year-old college student. I will work extremely hard to ensure that you get the product that you want and that you are very happy with it.

I've grown up working in retail/customer service jobs. My dad started his own business when I was 8, so I was exposed to what it was like to work with people to create a one-of-a-kind product at a very young age. I've also worked in a clothing store, and I am currently employed by a major bath and beauty store. So I completely understand what it takes to make my customers happy.

Please understand that I am in my last year of college, and this is a very hectic year for me. All products will be made on the weekends, and they will be shipped out on Mondays. This is for two reasons: the first is that this is the only way I will be able to really manage my time, and the second is that I make the products in a different location than where I live (mainly because my house is just too small to have an office and production studio all in one). I also feel that by creating the products on the weekends, I will have the time to ensure that each product is given the time it needs to be perfect for you, the customer.

Right now, I only accept payments through Paypal.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let me know before the Monday after you placed the order. All packages ship the following Monday, and once a package ships, I can no longer cancel it. If you do cancel your order, I will get your money back to you as quickly as possible.
I will ship all orders using the post office, usually by First Class Mail. I will also have tracking on each package. I normally don't add insurance, but I will if it is requested.

Packages will be shipped the following Monday.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please send an Etsy Conversation or email to roseinbloom2010 [!at] with your request for an exchange or return.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees when exchanging an item.
When exchanging an item, please include a note with the following:
*Return Address
*Item exchanging for (please include colors for the flower and/or headband)
*Esty ID

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item.
When returning an item, please include a note with the following:
*Reason for return
*Etsy ID
*Paypal payment email address
*Paypal payment first and last name
