I will send Your order after the payment within 3-5 working days and I leave you a feedback after shipping. I use registered priority airmail with tracking number from Estonia, so we both could follow Your orders journey.
It usually takes 2-3 weeks, however sometimes they can be delayed longer. Packages shipped to Europe normally take 5-10 working days. Insurance is optional and is available upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
The items will be shipped to the address listed on Etsy, please be sure that it is accurate and complete! But if you want them to be sent to the different address, please leave me a message at the checkout or send me a convo!
I cannot be responsible for any loss of package, because I can't control that process. Please note that close to the holiday seasons, shipment can be unpredictable.
If you by any reason are not happy with your order, please contact me. Any request for refunds or returns must be received within 3 business days after the parcel arriving and i´ll try to find solution for you. When your returned item is in an ideal condition, I can refund your money. Better yet will replace it with another item from my shop.
The shipping charges for any item that is returned, are your responsibility.
I am not responsible for lost, damage, custom delays and/or extra fees.
Please email me first, if you are unhappy with your item.
Please note: if you need your item for the specific date and you have not told me this before ordering, then refund is not possible. I cannot be responsible for the postal service and customs delaying the item. If you let me know in advance, I can arrange priority mail, which is usually faster. Although during the holiday season I wouldn't count on it.
