I wish I could, but I cannot be responsible for undelivered, misdelivered, undeliverable packages, or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.
All purchases are shipped via registered mail, so in case of the undelivered package, please give me some time to place a complaint in the post office. If the post acknowledges a claim, I will refund you your payment.

PLEASE NOTE: all items are shipped from Poland, Europe. Usually, it takes about 1-2 weeks to ship to European countries, about 3-4 weeks to the US or Australia.

PLEASE NOTE: due to German regulations, there might be some difficulties with shipping to Germany. These cases I will discuss individually with German buyers.
