Announcement
Due to the impact of Covid-19 orders are taking longer to prepare, and Canada Post may take longer to deliver your packages. Thank you for your patience.
All goods and packages are created by me following strict hygiene protocols, and originate from my home studio which is regularly cleaned and not open to the public.
Please note that small items (ie handspun tags) with free or lettermail postage ship via UNTRACKED lettermail. This usually takes about a week within Canada, and about 2 weeks to the US, give or take though Covid-19 may impact these estimates.

5 out of 5 starsThese cards are very much needed for my handspun yarn. They're very well made and I would definitely buy them again.

Helping you create beautiful works of fibre art.
In my spinnery on the scenic north shore of Lake Superior, I use a variety of fibre arts tools to create my unique handspun yarns and one of a kind art yarns for weaving, knitting, crochet, macrame, and embroidery.
In a land where where winters are long and cold and spent sitting in front the of the warmth of the fire, the value of wool is well appreciated. It is also an ecologically sustainable material, requiring very little energy to process right from its raw state, which I often do.
I purchase raw fleeces straight from the shepherds and shearers, thereby supporting small producers. I focus on rare/heritage breeds, which helps protect breeds in danger of disappearing.
My children are always nearby, observing, helping, being lulled to sleep by the sound of the wheel, and learning the value of handwork and slow living <3
Thank you for getting to know us.

My name is Jen and I’ve been a handcrafter from a young age; my grandmother taught me to knit and instilled an entrepreneurial spirit in me. Now I aim to pass on the fibre arts to my own children while supporting them through my business.
