I never received my order or any communication about my order. I wish I had read the other reviews, as I was purchasing these for a wedding and now have to repurchase with very little time left. Once a complaint was initiated through paypal, I received my refund quickly.

I purchased two bunches of dried poppy seed pods at the same time, one being roseyposies, of course. The others could never stand up to the challenge! They are all beautiful, but each has a slightly different personality! Very robust & strong! They were packaged so well that it one pod fell off. A very few stems were broken, but only at the bottom. And these stems are loooooong! I am having so much fun experiments with them in my new projects! The one and only sad thing is that I don't see anymore listed in this shop! Please, please list more! Thank you for everything!

I actually never even received my items that I ordered; I placed an order on May 20th, saw that a shipping label had been created on May 28th, but the items were never sent to me. I followed up on June 8th and was told my items were "accidentally not shipped due to human error" and instead of correcting the issue the seller issued a refund via Paypal. Now I have no product that was to be used for an event in two days. This seller should be banned from Etsy.

WELCOME TO ROSEY POSIES! Your feathers and dried floral supplier located in sunny Florida, USA!

Policies have been updated in August 2012 only to make them easier to read, no policies have changed since shop opening.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
Paypal, credit cards, and money orders are accepted at this time. Items will be packaged and shipped upon clearing of funds.
Shipping
USPS can be contact by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS. Have your tracking number handy with any questions.

All orders are subject to the current pacakging time which can be found in shop announcements. Your order will ship upon clearance of all payments for your order and any upgraded shipping options you have decided to purchase and packaging time. All items ship from my studio in Florida, USA. Times provided are estimates only. ONLY express shipments are time guaranteed by USPS.

Local pick up is not permitted for safety reasons and due to my hectic schedule.

Shipping costs include shipping and packaging materials and are non refundable for any reason. Buyer is responsible for return shipping for any reason and is encouraged to purchase tracking and insurance.

Be sure to include the CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT. I am not responsible for complications or mistakes that may occur if you decide to change your address after purchase. Your etsy and paypal address should match. If they do not match, this will cause a delay in shipment until I hear from you as to which address you would like it to ship to.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
I ship via FIRST CLASS USPS for items under 13 ounces. All orders ship from my studio in Florida, USA:
** USA – up to 1 week shipping time average (INCLUDES TRACKING, automatically emailed to you upon shipment). Local pickup is not allowed due to my hectic schedule and for safety reasons.
** INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – 12 to 24 business days (excludes all weekends and holidays). NO TRACKING is available for first class USPS international shipments. Your item may take longer due to customs holds and your location, up to 6 weeks. It is advised to order at least 2 months in advance of your deadline. Buyer is responsible for taxes and duties that may be due upon receipt, though all orders are marked as gift and my customers have never had customs issues before.

Orders over 13 ounces may ship via parcel post or priority usps.

I NEED MY ITEM SOON, WHAT CAN I DO?!
Contact me through ETSY CONVERSATION with your deadline and location and I can recommend a faster shipping method such as Priority or Express USPS shipping.
USA faster shipping times:
PRIORITY USPS – average 2-3 business days, not guaranteed. $5 extra and up.
EXPRESS USPS – next day guaranteed by USPS. $20 extra and up. ONLY EXPRESS SHIPMENTS ARE GUARANTEED SHIPPING TIMES. ALL OTHER METHODS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.


WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?
A signature is required for orders over $100 (excluding shipping) that are shipped to an APARTMENT, SUITE, WORK ADDRESS, HOTEL, FLOOR, or other funny looking addresses I feel may require a signature. If you do not wish to sign for your package, message me immediately via ETSY CONVERSATION. Rush orders (such as priority or express) TYPICALLY do not require a signature due to your time restraints. Signature confirmation does NOT insure your item against loss or damage. It is your responsibility to follow up with who signed for your package.


MY ITEM DID NOT SHOW UP, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Unfortunately I am NOT responsible for uninsured packages. Buyer can request insurance at cost prior to making a purchase. I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or late orders unless you request insurance prior to purchasing and shipment.
** Check all packaging and tissue paper thoroughly.

** USA – check your tracking number. If there seems to be an issue, call 1-800-ASK-USPS and provide your tracking number for further assistance. If an item has been confirmed as successfully delivered, be sure to check your mailbox and all doors where packages are typically left. Items confirmed as delivered will be treated as such and a full repurchase must be made if you wish to have a new one shipped out. Be sure to make yourself available to receive your package to avoid mail theft. Paypal and Etsy both stand behind this standard shipping policy.

**INTERNATIONAL – Some locations may take longer, up to 6 weeks for delivery. Check with your neighbors and local post office. I keep all customs forms on file which are officially stamped with the ship date by USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Non custom orders are eligible for one refund or exchange.
Shipping is non-refundable and buyer is responsible for all return shipping.
Buyer must contact me within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Item must be received by me within 12 days of delivery. No new items or refund is given until the item is received in NEW, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED condition.
Custom and customized orders are final sales.


WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY ITEM?
Your satisfaction is important to me and I value each and every customer. Keep in mind that you are purchasing NATURAL, delicate materials that will vary from piece to piece as is the nature of all natural items. Contact me within 5 days of delivery. No 2 feathers or flowers are ever exactly alike, just like snowflakes.

Shipping is non refundable for any reason. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that are uninsured. Buyer can request insurance at cost prior to making a purchase. Uninsured lost items are non-refundable. Call 1-800-ASK-USPS for further assistance. Insured items can be refunded after a refund is received from USPS which can be a lengthy process.

Keep curious and prying hands away from your item, as they can be damaged and parts can be pried off. All items are carefully inspected, and expertly packaged. Insurance is recommended for all items to cover potential damage or loss and buyer is responsible for requesting insurance prior to making a purchase.

Natural variances WILL occur, which makes your item unique and full of heart and soul. Different monitors can make colors appear differently. Size may slightly vary due to the nature of natural items.
