Welcome to Rosie & Ed, an online gallery shop for our creative pursuits.

We are a husband and wife team who enjoy many creative & crafty hobbies and pastimes, our aim is to share some of our creations with you via this Etsy shop.

We hope to build up a store full of artistic, colourful, practical & fun pieces of work over the coming months. So please call back regularly to see how things are going and what's new in store.

We are starting with a collection of minimalist jewellery suitable for both male & female, young and old. All pieces are sterling silver and some are set with semi-precious stones.

Welcome to Rosie and Ed an online gallery shop showcasing original artwork, jewelry and crafts inspired by our travels.

Payment
Payment can be made through your Paypal account or by Etsy direct checkout.

Orders will not be shipped until full payment is received.
Shipping
We aim to ship all orders in 2-5 working days (Mon-Fri) but will notify you if for any reason your order is going to take a little longer.

Items are securely packaged in a padded envelope to help prevent them becoming damaged in transit.

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail using 1st class post (unless a postal upgrade is selected at checkout). In the UK items usually arrive within 1-3 workings days.

Overseas orders are shipped using International Standard post (unless a postal upgrade is selected at checkout). Items will take anything from about 5 to 28 business days to arrive, depending on destination.

Postage upgrades are now available in our shop. If you would like your order to be tracked, traced and signed for please make the appropriate selection from the drop down box when checking out.

Occasionally items get held up, sometimes at customs or airports due to extreme weather conditions or during busy times of year (Christmas, Thanks Giving, Black Friday etc...). Please allow up to 28 days and if your order still hasn't arrived let us know.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped as 'signed for'.

International customers are responsible for any customs duty or tax that may be applied for your country.

VAT is not added to orders at any point.

Please ensure that the address provided is full (including postcode or zip code) and is accurate. We cannot take responsibility for items that are lost or undelivered due to insufficient address details being provided. However we always include a return address so if items are returned we will get in touch to check the address with you and discuss re-delivery options.

Please note that a re-delivery cost will apply and this must be paid for by the customer before the item is re-shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
We really hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied you have 14 days (from receipt of order) to notify us and return the item for a refund (Yes, this even includes earrings).

The item must be returned unused, in the original packaging and suitable for resale. If there are signs of diminished value this will be deducted from the refund.

We would recommend returning the item using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a tracked/signed postal service as we are unable to make a refund on any items that are lost in transit. Royal Mail will only pay compensation for lost jewellery shipped using Special Delivery is used.

Neither are we able to offer refunds on items that are damaged in transit so please ensure that anything being returned is packaged securely.

Please notify us first before returning an item so that we can confirm the return address to use.

Any bespoke items that are made to your specific requirements cannot be refunded unless they are found to be faulty due to an error on the part of Rosie and Ed.
