The story behind Rosiee Gelutie:

Rosiee Gelutie is the positive, creative energy that comes from the love that I feel for my Blythe Girls! The name Rosiee Gelutie is an anagram of a few of my favorite Blythes.
A big thank you to my Hubby for supporting me in opening a second business and my obsession with Blythe and sewing! I thank him for supporting me and being there for me every step of the way. A big thank you also to all of my RG Supporters! Without you Rosiee Gelutie wouldn't be a business. I'm sincerely grateful!

Thank you for purchasing from my Shop! Once an item is shipped, it is out of my hands as to how long it will take to arrive. Most items shipped with the U.S. and Internationally arrive very quickly but sometimes things can take a long time. I will do all that I can to get your item to you but patience is needed if it takes 2 to 3 months, especially internationally during this time. Custom Fees may be applicable depending on your countries policies.

Returns and exchange details
Once an item is mailed I assume no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items. Items may not be returned. I use great care to create these items. If something about the item is unpleasing to you I apologize but I try to take accurate photos that portray the item to the best of my ability. I also state in my descriptions how I launder fabrics and what materials I use to make items.
Payment
If payment is not made within 24 hrs. of purchase I will re-list the item.:)
Shipping
I ship using USPS first class in the US and Global Shipping for International. This gives the buyer limited tracking (it depends on if countries scan or not) and delivery confirmation. Shipping Internationally is sadly not inexpensive. My prices are as low as possible. I make no profit off of shipping. Custom Fees may be applicable depending on your countries policies.

I do not assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit. Thank you!

If you make a purchase after 8am (PST) on a Saturday, it will ship out on Monday. Our Post Office closes at 10am on Saturdays.
Additional policies and FAQs
I use fray check on my clothing items, if they are left in the packaging the smell can at first be more potent. Once they are out of the packaging the smell will dissipate. I choose to use this product so that items do not fray. If you are sensitive to it please do not purchase. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Thank you:)
