Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item for a refund within two weeks of receipt. You are responsible for paying return shipping. Refunds will be issued as soon as I receive the returned item(s).

I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail. As such, refunds will not be issued for lost packages.

Custom orders are non-refundable.
Payment
PayPal and direct checkout (credit cards and gift cards) are both accepted methods of payment!

If payment is not received within 48 hours, I will send out a notification. Orders that have not been paid for within three days will be cancelled, and the items will be relisted.

Michigan residents will be charged an additional 6% sales tax.
Shipping
At this time, I only ship within the United States via USPS. Tracking is included with every order.

Unless you have ordered a custom item, all items in the shop are made and ready to ship.

Items ship twice per week, on Mondays and Thursdays. All packages have tracking and are shipped via USPS. You will receive a notification once the package has shipped.

All shipping overages will be refunded!

I love custom orders! Please be aware that payment is required before work will begin on your custom order. A photo will be sent before the item is shipped in order to ensure that it has been done to your specifications. Custom orders are non-refundable.
