Customer satisfaction is my goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply email me within 3 days of your item's arrival. In my discretion, the item will be repaired, replaced, or I will gladly give you store credit, minus the shipping fee. You are responsible for shipping the piece back to me.

I accept payment through Etsy Direct Pay.

I automatically ship to the Etsy address. Exceptions for shipping to another address are handled on a case-by-case basis, so please contact me before making payment and we’ll discuss your specific situation.

I ship Ready to Ship items within 1-3 business days of your cleared payment. I do not ship on weekends (Saturday/Sunday), or on holidays. Items will be mailed out using USPS First Class Mail with delivery tracking.

I ship anywhere in the USA First Class mail and it usually takes any where from 3-7 Business days to arrive. If you require USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, please contact me to inquire about the shipping rates so that I can give you the most efficient and cost effective way to get your purchase to you and meet your needs.

Postal Insurance:
Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. I can arrange postal insurance for you if you require it. Please contact me before you make your payment and I shall find out the extra cost for you.
