Shipping
We work hard to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. In order for your items to be shipped in a timely manner it is imperative that all required information, such as ring size and shipping information be submitted at the time of purchase in order for me to make your custom ring and ship it to you as quickly as possible.

We typically ship Via USPS (United States Postal Service). Items are normally received within:

United States: 2-7 business days

International: 10-15 Business Days (customs delays may take longer)

Upgrades to shipping are available to residents of the United States and Canada ONLY.

Upgrades to shipping are available at the request and expense of the customer.

In order to upgrade shipping, you must contact me before purchase so I can get you a quote and create a custom listing for you. The standard layover time of 2 days (4 days for custom orders) to make the rings still applies. If you have already purchased a ring and need your shipping upgraded, please contact me and I can send you a Paypal invoice for the cost of the upgrade.

Please understand that once the item is shipped that I am not responsible for delays by the post office, customs, weather etc. Customs delays are common for some countries.

Custom orders may take additional time (Usually 4 business days) to ship, once full payment has been received. If more time is needed tom complete your custom order, we will discuss this prior to you placing your order.

In order to initiate a refund, you must contact me prior to sending the item(s) back.

Items are only returnable within 7 days of receipt.

I will instruct you on how to return the ring.

Refunds will cover the purchase price of the ring minus 3.5% Etsy listing fee and all shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

The product must be returned in resalable condition, and be free from damage.

You must mail the item back using original packaging materials as per my instructions.

Every item that I make is of the highest quality possible. If I wouldn't wear it; I wont sell it.

That said, large custom orders and orders for social gatherings such as weddings and parties are final.

Custom Orders that upgrade to precious stones or metals such as sterling silver and gold are final.

I reserve the right to amend and make exceptions to this section at my discretion at any time. If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact me and I will do my best to work with you.

Ring-size returns

I highly recommend that you ask a professional jeweler to size your finger before ordering. Most professional jewelers will do this free of charge. Trying to size your own finger is often inaccurate and can easily result in a ring too small/large for your finger. I recommend choosing a ring size that is not overly snug.

You must contact me to initiate an exchange prior to sending the ring back. In some rare cases, a replacement may not be available.

I will instruct you on how to return your ring after you have contacted me about getting an exchange. All instructions must be agreed to, and followed in order to receive a replacement.

In order to receive a replacement, you must obtain your correct ring size from a professional jeweler.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

I will only charge you a return shipping fee prior to sending you a replacement ring.

Replacement rings will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving the original ring in resalable condition. There is a possibility of minor delays.

About My Handmade Products

I have worked very hard to find the highest quality components for my rings. I take great pride in the quality of my craftsmanship. If I wouldn't proudly wear it; I wont sell it.

Wire:
My wire comes from a variety of sources, to ensure the highest quality of the product. All of my wire as per manufacturer specifications are 100% nickel, led and mercury free; and is anti tarnish or tarnish resistant.

Please understand that the due to the nature of handmade products; no two pieces are exactly alike and some very minor variation should be expected. Additionally, handmade products often have very minor imperfections in them. These characteristics add to the uniqueness of every piece that is sold from my shop. This ensures that while your ring may be similar to others; it is in fact uniquely yours. Remember, If I wouldn't wear it with pride; I won't sell it.

My rings and other items are not intended for children, and are a potential choking hazard. Care should be taken to prevent young children from getting a hold of your ring or other jewelry.

Q: How are the center stones held in the ring?

A: The stones are cross drilled and threaded through with a portion of the wire that makes up the rest of the wire-wrapped ring. The rings used in my pictures are blank, dummy rings that are made without a stone wired in so that I can reuse them to showcase new center stones as I add them to my stock, so I do not have to make a new ring every time that I get new center stones. This helps me keep my costs down so I can keep my rings as affordable as possible for my customers. The wire that holds the stone is hardly noticeable and does not change, or detract from the appearance of the ring. In the pictures you may notice a peach/pink clay that is under the center stone. This is just a small piece of clay that I use to hold loose center stones in the dummy rings; and will NOT be present in the ring that you purchase. Your center stone will be wired in.

Caring for Your Jewelry

When not wearing your jewelry, it is recommended that it be stored separately in a cloth or plastic bag to protect it. This will help reduce the chances of your ring being scratched by other jewelry or objects.

Avoid excessive contact with water, liquids or other chemical products. I recommend that you remove your ring prior to washing your hands to prevent damage to the ring or the protective anti-tarnish coating. Cleaning the ring with jewelry cleaners is also not advised.

Remove jewelry when working or engaging in other physical activities to avoid nicking the wire or breaking other components.

If you need to clean your ring, I recommend using a soft, dry jewelry or sunglasses cloth.
