5 out of 5 starsThese holdfasts are as functional as they are beautiful. As a professional furniture maker, I’ve a lot of holdfasts, and these are by far some of the best. A light tap and they hold secure, another light tap and they’re free. I’d buy them again, and pay double. Thank you for the awesome tools.

5 out of 5 starsLoved the workmanship and quality of the product. It was exactly how it was described and looks even better present. Both the egg spoon and skewer are a fine addition to our family for years to come. Good service! Good communication. Thank you!

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
I'm happy to work with you on custom and personalized orders. Once we've agreed on a design, price, and you've purchased the order I cannot refund or exchange the order. Custom orders often involve buying special materials and extra labor in the planning and making process.
Likewise, if you wish for a stock item to be modified please contact me before purchasing with your idea as the price may vary from the original listing.
Care instructions
It is good practice to not let handmade ironwork soak or remain wet for extended periods as it will eventually rust. Drying the iron after it is wet is the best practice. For pieces that will be touched often this is not a worry because a natural coating will build up from your hands. Some pieces, like the towel bars, I give a clear enamel that will protect them further from moisture and prevent towels from staining. If the object is to be used in the kitchen a light coat of food-safe oil can be applied for further care.
For a piece that has rusted slightly or has lost its shine you can take a piece of steel wool and scrub the iron to clean it up. A light coat of oil or wax is never a bad idea either.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Why did my purchase arrive in this strange looking box?
I often use recycled boxes to ship my wares. It's better for the earth.
I do not currently offer gift wrapping.
