Thanks for visiting Rover Vintage! We believe that vintage items can be just as good if not better than "new." We love vintage for several reasons not the least of which is the recycling aspect. Beyond that, though, the history of each piece is intriguing to us - where it's been, who's used it, what it's "seen." And, let's face it, things just aren't made like they used to be! We hope you will find something here that speaks to you.
We make every attempt to describe items as accurately as possible so that you know what you are getting. We are happy to provide additional photos upon request to show further detail. We want you to be happy!

We accept payment through PayPal only.
We ship through the USPS, either Parcel Post or Priority Mail, depending on the weight and size of the item shipped. If the Priority Mail price is only $1 or so more, we select that in order to the get the item to you more quickly. If you prefer faster shipping, let us know and we will adjust the listing to reflect the additional postage. We are happy to combine items to lower shipping costs - just convo us! Insurance is included for items valued at $20 or more; if an item valued at less than $20 is broken in shipment, just send us a photo of the damaged item and we will refund your purchase price minus shipping. If an item is lost in transit we will refund the original purchase price minus shipping.
We do our best to estimate shipping as accurately as possible but it can sometimes be difficult given the variation in the size and weight of the items we sell.
Please note that the shipping charge indicated for the US is for the continental US only. Please convo us to get accurate shipping charges for HI and AK.
We will ship internationally! Please just convo us with which country you would like it shipped to, then we will figure the shipping and update the listing to add it and will convo you when it's done.
Please note that we will ship to the address shown in PayPal. We will ship to a different item if asked; however, if an item is lost in transit that was shipped to a non-PayPal address, we will not be responsible for issuing a refund.
Please note that we are firm believers in recycling and endeavor to use recycled packaging and shipping materials whenever possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with any item, you can return it for shop credit. The amount of the shop credit will be for the purchase price of the original item(s) minus shipping. The cost of return shipping is to be paid by the buyer.
If we grossly misrepresent an item, we will issue a full refund minus shipping.
Items valued at $20 or more will be insured; we will refund the purchase price minus shipping for items valued at less than $20 that are damaged during shipping. Just send us a photo of the damaged item.
Refunds will be issued for items lost in transit, but we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
