5 out of 5 starsOMG! This is the best winter accessory ever!! It’s looks cool, soft, well made, can be worn as just a cowl, or a hooded cowl (which looks super cute!) Great communication with shop owner. Nobody else has one where I live. Lots of compliments already. Buy it you’ll love it! I will also add that I buy ALOT of scarves, cowls, etc every year, & this is by far my favorite.

5 out of 5 starsI love this hooded cowl! It was exactly what I was looking for; something to keep my neck warm and my hair dry on those drizzly days. I've have been receiving a ton of compliments from family, friends and coworkers and ordering some for them for xmas presents. The package arrived in a timely manner.

Row13 Knits is a small business that I came up with with the encouragement of supporting family and friends. When I became a stay at home mom in 2010, I started (mostly) knitting and (at times) crocheting to pass time and make gifts for family and friends for the upcoming holiday season. Then people started offering to pay me for items that I have made and so started the idea of Row13 Knits.
All items are made to order. Production time: 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified.
