Shipping
Art prints will be shipped in a stay flat mailer within 1-3 business days using First Class USPS shipping. A tracking number will be provided.

Framed items will be shipped in a Priority USPS box within 1-3 business days. A tracking number will be provided and insurance is included.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
The cost of shipping does not include tracking. I will provide the Customs Number, however, some countries do not update the customs form to show it has arrived in the country. If you would like to purchase tracking, please contact me BEFORE purchasing your item.

Please allow up to approximately 4 weeks for your purchase to arrive after the item(s) have been shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your purchase of a physical item disappoints you through an error of my own, I will gladly pay for return shipping, correct the mistake, and ship the item back to you. If it wasn't quite what you wanted, I will accept a return and issue a refund minus the cost of shipping once the item has been received.

I am unable to issue a refund for damages caused through shipping. Shipping insurance may be purchased. (If you want insurance on your package, please notify me BEFORE you purchase the item so I can create a custom listing for you with the appropriate cost of shipping.) I also cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit.

If the frame glass broke, I will file a claim with USPS. I will need pictures of the broken glass before I can submit the claim to USPS. USPS says claims can take up to 30 days before payment will be received. Once I receive payment of the damage, I can resend another frame.

If you are disappointed in a digital file purchase, unfortunately I cannot refund your money because it cannot be physically returned.

Q: Can I buy more than one of the same item?
A: Yes again! If you are interested in purchasing two or more of the same item, please send me a conversation. I am more than willing to increase the amount of items to allow you to purchase more.
