Because every stone is unique, every piece of jewelry I create will be just that, unique. Please expect variations in stone color, size & shape.

With time, copper darkens. If you don't plate your item with another metal and leave it copper I do seal it with a professional protectant. However the color of copper does change over time, don't be surprised! Also, copper rings may react with some people's skin and make a green tint on the finger. This is harmless and easily washed off. It can also often by avoided by keeping the piece from getting wet and storing it in the jewelry box.

Every order is packaged with a sturdy kraft box with cotton fill and a form of tie or ribbon. On orders over $80, it is packaged with a sturdy kraft box, cotton fill, tissue wrapping and ties, and wrapped in muslin ribbon. Simple and elegant - perfect for gift giving. And I purposely don't brand the box or ribbon so you have to store or reuse for regifting.

I do full refunds or exchanges. The buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping costs. In order to return, buyer must contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship back their item within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and the return must include original packaging (box, jewel bag, polishing cloth, etc.)

Most designs and all custom designs are made to order, contact me for current processing times/if you need by a particular date. Typically copper is 2-3 weeks and items with gold, rose gold, and silver are 5-8 weeks (less shipping time).

It is very important that you have your finger correctly sized as resizing cannot be done at this time. Your ring can end up to .25 in size difference with this process. If your copper does tarnish, as it naturally does, you can clean your jewelry using one of the following methods to restore its original shine:
~ Wash with lukewarm, soapy water. Then, dry & polish with a
soft cloth & coat in clear nail polish to protect it & your
finger.
~ Use table salt & vinegar - pour salt & vinegar over your
jewelry & gently rub into the jewelry until any grime or
tarnishing is removed. Rinse with water & polish with a
soft, dry cloth.
~ Use salt & lemon - pour salt on half of a lemon & rub
over jewelry, or pour salt & squeezed lemon juice onto
jewelry & gently rub in. Rinse with water & polish with a
soft, dry cloth
Store in plastic bags to slow tarnishing process.

Electroforming is the process of growing copper on an object through electrolysis. A jewelry piece (the cathode) is submerged in an acid bath with a larger piece of copper (the anode). A battery power source is then hooked up to both the cathode and anode, and electricity is applied to both. The DC current of electricity is then passed through the solution (electrolyte), converting metallic ions into atoms, which build up onto the cathode surface through a continuous deposit: atom by atom. The metal will only deposit on the conductive areas that I have painted with conductive paint. This creates a piece of jewelry with variable texture that defines my style!

The technique of plating jewelry is coating a base layer of copper with other metals. My pieces use a base of copper, and then plated with copper with 14K Gold, Rose Gold, or Rhodium (silver) all with the heaviest plating possible.

I am NOT nickel free at this time. Nickel is only used as a barrier to make the final top coat shine and be at its brightest. If you need nickel free, contact me. It will be at an additional cost.
