I would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are available on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your item, please inform us by email within a deadline of 3 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.

I encourage you to check wash care info and sizing carefully before purchase as returns will not be accepted if you did not compare your measurements with that of the garment (you can send us an email if you need more detailed info about measurements of the garment you are interested in) or did not follow the wash care instructions. If you need any more info please feel free to contact us.

In cases we accept exchanges, you should return the item in the exact same condition in which they were sent, unmarked, unworn with all tags intact and within 15 days from the day you received it.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage with a tracking number, plus any taxes or customs charges, is to be paid by the customer.

We will only be able to process your return if you email us the tracking number as we cannot be held responsible if the item does not get to us.

Sale items are final (non-refundable and non-exchangable).

We will try to process returns promptly. Card refunds may take up to 2 weeks for your bank to complete. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments - all through PayPal. You are not required to register for an account on PayPal to make purchases from our online shop, but if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Royal Caballito ships worldwide from our office in Madrid, Spain.

Unless otherwise noted, in stock items ship out within 3 business days and reception of full payment. Garments in the shop which are made to order (which will be marked as such on the listing) will usually be produced and shipped within 15-30 days after you have made your purchase, but these times can vary depending on the time of the year. You will receive an email letting you know once your item has been produced and dispatched.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. Buyers will be responsible for all extra shipping charges or items not received due to an incorrect address. If you notice that PayPal has a wrong shipping address for you, please email me as soon as possible and we will try to make sure that we send it to the correct address.

Delivery times will vary. International delivery takes usually around 15-20 working days, but it can sometimes take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on your location, holidays or customs delays. We are not responsible for delays on arrival times.

Customs forms will be marked as merchandise with the full price paid for the item. The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs charges or duties placed on your package.
