Welcome to my Etsy store. I stock all sorts of decorative homewares and unique jewellery. Everything is hand made by me - so if you have any questions about my items please don't hesitate to ask :)

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your item (it does not look as pictured or as described, or you are displeased with the quality), we will discuss giving you a store credit, discount, or organising an exchange for another in store item.
We will send items as well-packaged as possible, but unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any breakages or lost post.
Please note that it is your responsibility to read descriptions and be informed on what you're buying. We're happy to answer any questions and will always endeavour to do so quickly!

Payment
Payment is by PayPal only (excl trades). It's a simple system to use - we're happy to help you navigate it if you run into any trouble!

Shipping
All orders are sent via standard Australia Post. This does NOT include tracking.
Approximate delivery times are as follows:
Within Australia: Within 3 business days after lodgement
International (inc US): Within 8 - 10 business days after lodgement (add a few days around November – December to allow for the Christmas rush).
NOTE: If you require extra services (express post, postal insurance or tracking) extra fees will apply. Please let me know BEFORE checkout if you require these extra services so I can adjust the postage charge.
It is up to you as the customer to be aware of any applicable taxes for your country in terms of shipping, and any potential problems with international customs laws.
