♥ MESSAGES - It may take one to two days to get replies from us. We usually take action very quickly in case you have any major issue related to your order.

♥ ORDER FULFILLMENT TIMES - Please bear in mind it can take up to 5 business days to fulfill (physically ship out) orders! Generally we ship them within 3-5 days, but occasionally we must order specific stock, which adds a few days onto the time it takes to ship out orders. And then the actual amount of time it takes to arrive at your location depends on where you are.

♥ DISPLAY IMAGES - The frames in the images are for *display* purposes only--they are meant to show you what the art would look like once framed and/or matted. They are *NOT* included in your orders, which will be shipped either rolled in paper in a poster tube or in a rigid stay-flat mailer.**

♥ TRACKING NUMBERS -

We understand that international shipping costs are high *before* you even add in extra customs charges & fees; however, we charge the lowest we are able to without losing money. The international shipping fee is the lowest one that we can offer with an option of tracking numbers. Since 2021, the shipping fee has changed as we are no longer able to send Economy Air letters for photo prints and postcards. We try our best to keep the fee as low as possible, but they changed the shipping fee policy and we need to follow the rules.

♥ LOST ITEM/ORDER MISTAKE - If an item looks stuck en route or if there was a mistake with your order **PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE OPENING A CASE OR LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!**

We're very easy to work with and want to do everything we can to rectify the situation and make sure you're happy! We also know that things get lost in the mail sometimes and have no problem replacing orders that are obviously lost (though, if an item stops moving in post, please give it about a week-ish to see if it "shakes loose"). Please just simply send us a message. I promise we don't bite and will fix your issue ASAP! We want to do all we can to make sure you're happy with your order!

♥ LOST DELIVERED PACKAGES - We can't do anything on our end, as once we ship it, it's out of our hands. In the past, when we've tried to help, we haven't been able to because you need to deal with your local post office when a package goes missing after reaching the destination. We--the original shippers--are entirely out of the picture by then and have no special way to contact your local post office or do anything that's different than what you have. Under Australian law, all mails are guaranteed by Australian Post to be delivered appropriately. If the waiting time is much longer than expected, you can contact your local post office, and once you alert them, they may start to look for it.

♥ SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS - If you accidentally listed the wrong address because you just moved/moved while we were fulfilling the order, wait and see if it's forwarded to you. If it's not, let us know and we will usually be happy to send a new one out, provided you pay for the shipping costs. If you simply entered the wrong address, then let us know right away and we will most likely be able to send a new one out as well, as long as you pay shipping charges.
