About

Abstract art is a communication with the unseen

Creating, for me, means so much more than putting fingers to keys or brush to canvas. Through my work, I hope to bond with others through the emotional truth of the moment. Vulnerability and Belonging are two of my favorite words, in all their meaning.

Technically self-taught, I come from a family of artists. My mother is a painter and her father, a third generation hop grower, was too. My father, who has been in the hops biz for nearly 40 years, is well known for his sculptures created from salvaged materials.

I left the family farm after high school and proceeded to live in various parts of Portland, Oregon, Seattle, Boise, South Africa, and Baltimore. I would like to think that the people and events I experienced in those places continue to touch my work to this day.

Every piece of artwork on this site is an original by Roz Inga.

Artwork is usually sent out 3-4 business days after payment is recieved, unless otherwise specified in my shop announcements. For any other special circumstances, I will contact you personally.

I put a lot of heart into every painting, thus I put the same amount of heart into packaging it. I use recycled materials as much as possible.

Payment
Paypal is the only form of payment I accept, because it is the simplest and the best. If you do not have an account already and are trepidatious about getting one, please contact me and I will talk you throught it. All you need is a name, an address and a credit card....
Shipping
I use US Mail first class for shipping in the US. This could take your artwork anywhere from 3 days to two weeks to arrive (depending on where you live in the US). I include a tracking number with every package. That notification number will be emailed to you the day the artwork ships.

For all other countries, excluding Canada, paintings over 12x12 could take up to a month to arrive on your doorstep (a tracking number with be issued to ensure arrival). If you would like Priority shipping or insurance, etc, please contact me and I will send you a separate reciept for the lil extra via Paypal.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the words of one of my favorite artists here on Etsy, buying art is like buying a piece of fruit. As, returning it is like trying to return the fruit to the tree. If you find that you are dissatisfied with the artwork because you feel it was misrepresented in the photos, then please contact me and we can try to come to an amicable understanding. For the most part, I encourage you to contact me BEFORE you purchase if you have any questions regarding a piece. I am more than willing to send along extra photos or explanations about the artwork ;)

Thank you for your interest.
