Returns and exchanges

Insurance is mandatory and included in the shipping price for Guitars. On all other items insurance can be added at the buyers request.

Payment

We Accept PayPal only. On custom orders for Guitars from Mr. Tristan's Treasures payment must be made at least 50% up front. On custom items from Miss Kripson's Keep the necessity for up front payment will be determined by the cost of the items involved. Either way, please message us for custom orders.

Shipping within the continental United States is as posted, anywhere else please contact us before final sale to determine shipping costs and other details.
