This may be the most disappointing purchase I have made though Etsy. The item, a nice looking solid wood side table for ~$500, arrived after 3 months of delays and continued excuses from the craftsman. I am someone willing to pay for quality, but I was shocked that, even after so much time, the table top was not connected well to the legs and readily comes off if lifted up. This speaks to either poor design or a lack of quality control in glueing it down. I have also been promised, in writing, reimbursement of $48 for shipping costs. This is yet to appear on my charge card or by check. All in all, I would not buy from this shop again. Too bad, as the styles he sells fit so well with my home.

International Shipping Terms And Conditions
1. I am not responsible for the shipping time once I deliver the package to the United States Postal Service (Fedex)(UPS). I wish I could control how long it takes the USPS (Fedex)(UPS) to deliver a package, but it's out of my control.
2. I am not responsible if the package is held in customs for any reason.
3. I do not pay for any custom tax that may be applied. Please check with your country's import tax to see if there is such a tax and if so what the percentage is. I am not responsible for any import tax.
4. I will only ship with a service that has tracking available. I use USPS Express International with average business day delivery of 5–10 days. (Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.) The estimated days of delivery is per USPS and this can be longer. I have shipped a package before using this method that took 12 days for delivery! I will use an upgraded service at your request for a faster and guaranteed delivery. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost.
5. All international sales are final. No returns, no exchanges.
