5 out of 5 starsWow! This is definitely going to be one of my top go-to mugs. For my arthritic hands it is light weight though very sturdy and easy to grasp. The squarish bottom design adds to its unusual charm. The glazing and simple design is so attractive. Great customer service and shipping was super fast.
Shop policies
All my glazes are lead-free and food safe, and unless otherwise noted, are also microwave and dishwasher safe.
Please be aware that as all my work is handmade, there will be slight variations in size, shape and color. That’s part of the unique charm of handmade craft.

Accepted payment methods
Payment
North Carolina and South Carolina residents will be charged sales tax on the listed price (excluding shipping), which will be added to your invoice through PayPal.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please let me know within 24 hours.
Shipping
Items usually ship within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. I typically ship via USPS Priority Mail to all domestic addresses. Given our location, some states/areas have higher shipping costs (western US, northern New England, etc.) In those cases, I may use USPS Parcel Select to keep shipping costs down, which will add a few days to the total shipping time.
Upgraded shipping is available by request. Please contact me before purchase with your shipping address so that I can provide a quote for those additional costs.
International orders are sent via First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail International (insured, if available), with estimated delivery within 6-10 business days. The buyer is responsible for any import taxes or tariffs on international purchases. Please ask for a quote.
I use packing peanuts made from corn starch which are much more environmentally friendly. They will dissolve quickly when in contact with liquids. If you plan to reuse them, make sure that they stay dry.
I take great care in packing my pottery so it makes it to you safely. I use new boxes and packing materials (when available, I will recycle and reuse clean packing materials in good condition).
