I do a lot of research on just about everything I buy if I don’t know the manufacturer of the seller. I decided on this particular manufacturer, Mazbot, and the only seller I could find online that would cut up to 2” was rubiproducts. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant transaction! I’ve never used a disc cutter, and believe it or not, as simple as it looks and probably as easy to operate. But for me? Maybe I was just having a few bad days which are not uncommon recently. I spoke with both the salesman and the supervisor to figure out (my words) what is this woman’s deal? I was very embarrassed. But they kindly and without judgement figure out what it was I was doing and glided me through the process. You can’t find sellers like these too often! Their customer service is stellar!

The reason for one star is that the disk cutter punches get stuck every time I punch something. I'm using lube as directed and not using thick sheet metal. But the problem is that this cutter is not adjustable. You can't clamp down on the sheet metal to keep it from moving when punched. Therefore, the punches get stuck in the sheet metal. The letter press is just okay ... the font is not a desirable one.
