I contacted the seller, she immediately contacted USPS (no Etsy owner has EVER done this for me before), and got back to me immediately. She was informed, helped set my anxieties aside and was completely optimistic, kind and thoughtful! My husband ended up getting his books the day before his birthday AND LOVED them! I will be shopping for more books from here!!! Thank you, Ruby!!! Oh, also, the wrapping!!!! I didn't even have to wrap the present because the presentation of the books were so beautiful!!!!
