We greatly appreciate your support of small business. We have another store, as well - RubyDog's Post Office: https://www.etsy.com/shop/therubypostoffice. We are happy to combine shipping between the two shops.
If this order is going to Mexico, India, Russia, China, South Africa, The Philippines or The Ukraine, please know we are happy to ship to you, but we will not replace your order or issue a refund, should it get damaged or lost in the mail. I am sorry, but due to so many orders being lost in the mail, I no longer ship to any Middle East countries. If you live in Vancouver, or are coming to visit, we are happy to arrange a pickup.
