I do really want you to love your goodies from RubyDog's. If you are not satisfied with your purchase let me know and we can discuss it.

I do not refund shipping charges on returns and exchanges unless there was an error on my part.
Shipping
This shop is set up for combined shipping discounts. Subsequent purchases, after the first item, incur a very minor delivery cost. If the total shipping/handling charge is excessive, a refund will be issued.

Shipping is via the most economical option available with Canada Post. Canada Post is incredibly reliable, but can be slow. Although not common, it can take up to 2 1/2 weeks for a parcel to reach a U.S. destination and 4 to 5 weeks for an international address.

If you are in a rush to receive your goodies, and are willing to pay an extra cost, your parcel can be sent faster. If this is your preference, please send a list or screen shot of your order, and the delivery time you require, to collagejoy [!at] shaw.ca and the shipping options will be forwarded to you.

If you are making a purchase from both shops (RubyDog's Art House and The Ruby Post Office) they can easily be combined to save on delivery charges. You will be sent a refund for the overcharge or a custom order can be created; whichever you prefer.

TERMS OF USE: COLLAGE SHEETS
RubyDog’s Art House is an angel company and, as such, encourages you to use our images in all your creative endeavours, both personal and for profit. Purchase of our collage sheets entitles the buyer to use the images in original artwork, both for personal use and resale.

Reproduction of your personal, original artwork that contains images from any of our collage sheets is permitted up to a quantity of 50 pieces.

Purchase of our collage sheets does not entitle the buyer to resell or redistribute the images, either digitally or in print. No part of our collage sheets may be used within any image collection, in any format, for resale. The sheets may not be used in whole or in part as stickers, labels, tags or other similar products.

Images may not be used on any items from any print-on-demand distribution sites such as cafepress.com or zazzle.com.
