Ever since I was little, I have enjoyed being creative. I love making art with a purpose!:)

My name is Rolla and I am the Creator of Ruby & Lilah Accessories. I am originally from Montreal and I currently live in Vancouver, Beautiful BC.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have loved using my imagination and creativity. Whether it is drawing or painting or inventing new recipes in my kitchen, I enjoy using my hands and seeing a beautiful outcome.

I Specialized in in Art and Design in college. In 2008 I received my makeup certification from Lasalle College in Montreal and from 2010 to 2012, I worked for a modern art museum in Qatar.

I often describe my role as having been the curator of the gift shop.I worked with designers and craftspeople of all kinds which is what has now inspired me to use this creative energy and passion into making beautiful jewelry and accessories-Everyday Art with a purpose.

I am very excited about this project and most of all, I am loving this adventure. There are endless creative possibilities!

I accept payment through PAYPAL. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay at the PayPal site with your credit or debit card. You do not need an account for this. simply go to checkout with my paypal. You will redirected to the paypal site. There, you can click on dont have a paypal account and you can eneter your credit card information there. If you have questions about how this works I'll be happy to assist you.

Also, i can accept email money transfer if you don't have paypal, the item will only dispatch after payment is received.For this, simply select other in the payment methods and email transfer the amount to rekhalil [!at] hotmail.com
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. custom orders may take more time.

I ship internationally by Registered Mail which typically takes 2-3 weeks, sometimes upto 4 weeks.

EXPRESS SHIPPING UPGRADE
If you need the items faster, just contact me and I can arrange for Express shipping for an additional cost. The express shipping options are:
1. DHL (Delivery in 3-5 days)
2. Speed post (Delivery in 10-12 days)

Your order will ship to the address you choose during checkout on Etsy, unless otherwise specified.

Items will be carefully packed in bubble wrap packaging and gift wrapping may be requested.

I will send you an email confirmation relating to your order and will include your delivery details.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please send me a message if you have not received your package and I will request tracking with the Post Office. I will replace or refund any item that should be broken or lost in transit.
