I am very aware of return policies (no returns unless item was misrepresented) however this seller did not note the fact that these clogs are incredibly narrow, so narrow in fact that only a very rare person would be able to wear them. When I politely expressed that I felt this was unfair, the seller not only refused to accept the return but was very flippent and personally insulting, and also insisted that I "should have known" despite the fact that she never included such vital info in the listing. Measurements of the sole were listed however clogs typically have smaller soles and a normal sized upper to fit a standard width foot of course as anyone would expect. It left a bad taste in my mouth from this seller being so difficult and rude when not once did I grow heated in rhetoric. A return would have been a simple click of a button and satisfied customer but instead I received condescension and repeated stubborn refusal.
