This is by far one of my favorite purchases from Etsy; I worked with the seller (prior to purchase) to find a different paper pattern to go with my home style. We found one and it is perfect! Once I made the purchase, however, I was the one who always had to reach out regarding the process. I felt like I was bothering her due to her short responses. Maybe it was just me, but I felt like once she got her money, she didn't really care to communicate.
