Returns and exchange details
We take pride in our work and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in its original, salable condition for your money back, excluding shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible first.
Payment
We accept Etsy Payments, PayPal, money orders, and cashiers checks. We prefer PayPal. You won't need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. If you would like to send a money order or a check, please let me know. We hold orders paid by check until your check clears. E-Checks sent through PayPal also take time to clear, usually 3-5 business days. Payment is due within 7 days of purchase.

Shipping
8 1/2 by 11 inch prints, or smaller, are shipped to locations within the United States via First Class Mail. First Class Mail International is also available for prints. If you would prefer Priority Mail and/or insurance and delivery confirmation, please contact us to let us know. Please include your zip code with any inquiries.

Larger prints, dolls, and other one-of-a-kind works of art are shipped to locations within the United States via Priority Mail, insured with Delivery Confirmation, unless otherwise noted.

For international buyers, most of our original dolls and paintings are shipped Priority Mail International with insurance. Miniature dolls may be shipped First Class Mail International, Registered, for additional security, and require your signature upon delivery. First Class Mail International is also available for some items, such as pillows and wall hangings. Individual countries may have additional customs or other fees, which the customer is responsible to pay.

We calculate the postage based on the current United States Postal Service fees, plus the cost of the box or envelope, where applicable.

We cannot offer wholesale prices or items for consignment at this time.
Privacy
We use the information you send us to reply to your messages, answer your questions, ask you questions about your order, thank you for your order, fill your order, and fill out mailing labels for your order. If we purchase your mailing label from the Post Office, we will use your name and address to fill out their form for mailing labels and customs forms. In some cases, we may contact you to check on the delivery of your order. We may share the content of your reviews, without sharing your personal or identifying information, on our own website or our own social media.
