5 out of 5 starsIt is better than I expected! I audibly gasped when I pulled it out of the packaging! It is beautiful! The pearls are perfectly shiny and there is lots of material to add dimension to the veil not just a cheap layer of mesh.

You can tell a lot of love is put into the design. Great customer service too. I was nervous to order a veil online at first, but I am so pleased I did.

Can I request a custom order?
Yes, send us a message with some inspo photos with what you have in mind! We always love a new challenge!
Do you accept exchanges?
We accept exchanges for certain veils only.
➡ Go to the listing you purchased from to see if eligible for an exchange.
Steps to follow for an exchange:
- Message us to let us know if you require a different color, style or length
- Purchase the replacement veil
- Mail back your original veil (we will provide our address to you in messages - do not ship back to address on envelope)
- Once we receive your veil, it will be inspected and a flat $15 CAD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Veils that are returned back to us are donated to a non-profit bridal organization.
How do I care for my veil?
It's super easy, I promise! Detailed care instructions will be included in your package to ensure you care for your veil properly.
What is your current production time?
Our current production time is between 2-3 weeks.
Please note: We are VERY busy from February to October so expect your veil to ship closer to 3 weeks.
If you require your veil shipped within 1 business day, please purchase the "RUSH MY ORDER" listing (linked below). This will bump your order to the front of our production line. If you simply write "rush my order" on the notes at checkout, your request will not be honored.

Can you RUSH my veil?
Yes! If you require your veil made within 1 business day, please add the "RUSH MY ORDER" listing to your cart ➡ https://etsy.me/3Tgv5zo.
This will bump your order to the front of our production line. If you simply write "rush my order" on the notes at checkout, your request will not be honored.
This WILL NOT speed up shipping. Select express shipping at checkout for 1-2 business day shipping.
What color of veil do I need?
See the color swatch photo on the listings. If unsure of color, please message us a photo of your dress and we will help!
White: pure white – matches best with white gowns.
Light ivory: very subtle mix between white and ivory - often matches best with ivory gowns. Our most popular option.
Ivory: in-between an ivory / moscato / light ivory shade.

If you don't have time to order swatches, send us a message with a photo of your dress and/or website link. We will gladly help you try to determine which color would be best!

When should I order my veil?
We recommend ordering as soon as possible for a stress-free experience. Most brides order their veil 3-4 months before their wedding. This will allow enough time for any questions, production and shipping (and possible delays around holidays). If your timeline is tight, don't stress - we're here to help! Feel free to send us a message anytime!
When will I receive my order?
Once shipped, your order will take:
Within Canada: 4-8 business days
United States: 3-6 business days
United Kingdom: 6-12 business days
France: 6-12 business days
Australia: 6-14 business days
