About

A Family Process

I first started this shop as an outlet for my creativity and somewhat of a form of therapy. I was a new mom, loving my husband, little boy and part time job, but needing to express myself artistically. What began with ruffles progressed to a few hundred infinity scarves, and has finally become the shop I've always dreamed it to be. As much as I love the process of designing and creating an item, I think the best element of running this shop is preparing each piece for the customer--I want to make people feel special.

My family can't be forgotten when sharing about this business--my husband hears about most orders and you can find me most days holding either or both of my kids in my lap as I assemble bows or sew a pouch. My one year old daughter loves to be a part of anything mommy is doing, and my four year old son takes pride in helping carry packages into the post office.

My hope is that Ruffles n Such will be a place where the perfect gift can be found--whether for another or yourself--and it will be affordable. We loved the process of getting each item to you and hope you love receiving or giving them.

My love of life's accessories--whether for yourself, your home, you children or as a gift-- combines well with how much I love to create. I find it energizes and relaxes me at the same time. I hope to give my customers something unique, special and well-crafted. I hope you enjoy your item as much as I enjoyed making it.

Payment Accepted: PayPal

Payment is due upon purchase. Please make every effort to pay as soon as possible. All payments not received within 48 hours of purchase will be canceled and items will be re-listed.

It is possible to pay with Paypal without signing up for a Paypal account. Choose the Paypal payment option upon checkout. Then click the Pay Now button and you will be able to scroll down and choose to pay with a debit or credit card.

Should you need a refund of any kind, it will be issued through Paypal. Because of Paypal's policies, any refunds given after 60 days of purchase will be simply issued as a payment via Paypal.
Shipping
Payment must be received prior to shipping.

I will do my best to ship items within 1-3 days of payment.

I use USPS First Class Mail. Typically my orders arrive within 3 days of shipment. I will try to let you know once your package has shipped.

If you would like insurance or need faster shipping (i.e. 2 Day Priority) for your item, please let me know prior to checking out, so I can adjust your listing to include this charge.

If purchasing your item as a gift, please let me know an alternate address you would like the item shipped to and I will wrap it up and send it for you!

I know offer international shipping. The buyer is responsible for all fees/duties through customs. Please understand that shipping times can take much longer internationally as your package may get held up in customs, and allow up to six weeks for the order to be delivered. Orders are sent through USPS, so the tracking number will only work while your package is still within the United States.
Refunds and Exchanges
Quality products are a high priority for Ruffles 'n Such, so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and I will work my hardest to remedy the situation.

Returns will only be accepted if it is an error on the part of Ruffles 'n Such or we have come to an agreement about the situation. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.

If a return is necessary and agreed upon in writing between the buyer and me, please send back the item in its original condition (unwashed and unused/unworn). Once the item is received in its original condition, money will be refunded, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Buyer will pay return shipping cost.
