Returns and exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds and exchanges will be on a case by case basis. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. If a refund/exchange has been negotiated, I will refund the buyer's account within 3 business days of return of item. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
Payment
Paypal only at this time. Payment is expected within 2 business days after purchase. Items not paid for within 5 business days will be cancelled. Please contact me if there is an issue with payment, and we will discuss our options.
Shipping
Please contact me if you need a shipping upgrade. Items will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Insurance is the buyer's responsibility, please notify me if this is required on your order.
