I will ALWAYS work to please my customers. As an avid internet consumer I understand the importance of good customer service. If you are unhappy with your Running With Scissors purchase for any reason please contact me BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback and we can come to a plesant solution.

Refunds and exchanges are issued on a case by case basis. I do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items, unless it is a case of seller error, meaning you received the wrong shape, color, etc. Once you approve a proof for custom cut acrylic tags that is exactly how they will cut and I am NOT responsible for any discrepancies regarding the text or layout thereafter.

In stock items will ship as is. if you need custom pieces, or holes in pieces that originally don't come with holes. Please message me prior to purchase for a custom listing. If orders need to be cancelled due to no fault of the seller, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

I accept either money orders or paypal. Once an item is ordered I will allow 1 week for payment. After 1 week if no payment has posted I will relist the item and file a non-payment transaction thru Etsy.If you have a special circumstance please contact me and another arrangement can be made.

As my feedback shows, I pride myself on very fast shipping! In most cases I can ship your order out the same or next day as purchase, providing payment has cleared. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays excluded. I also offer combined shipping on every item in my shop. :)

Custom items:

Digital proof:
Custom items that require a digital proof will be cut from the exact file in the proof. The red lines show cuts and the black lines show engraving. Please use the rulers at the top and left of the proof to see scale. Also please note the size and location of the hole if your pieces need holes. If you have any edits or layout changes, you will need to let me know at that time. Once you approve your proof, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for text or layout discrepancies thereafter.


Turnaround time:
As I have an in house laser, I am usually able to get custom orders out in just a few business days. However, please check to see the length of my cutting queue at the time your order is placed. I can give you a more accurate ETA for your specific order. During high volume order times or holidays turnaround times may be longer than usual. Since I use a very specialized piece of machinery to create laser cut items there also may be times when your turnaround time may run a bit longer than expected due to unexpected repairs or maintenance of my machine. As you can see by my feedback, this is very rarely the case, just keep this in mind.

Acrylic pieces:
Most acrylic pieces in my shop will arrive with a white or tan paper masking to keep them from scratching or marring during cutting and shipping. Simply peel it off to reveal the beautiful, flawless, reflective surface. You can do so by peeling up at the edges with your fingernail, or using a pair of tweezers. From there, it is just like peeling the back off a sticker. :)

Please note that mirrored acrylic comes with a solid grey back on the pieces that does not peel off and most of the glitter acrylic is a solid color on the back, and not glittered.
