All digital files are sold as completed PNG files with a transparent background and are intended for use with printing (sublimation, printable vinyl, waterslide, paper crafts, stationary, etc). The files are NOT intended for use with vinyl cutting - they are NOT SVG files and will not be sold in layers for editing. Digital file sets (such as alphabets, or sports images) will be downloadable in separate files and this information will be stated in the description.

Yes, you MAY sell transfers or completed items.
You MAY NOT resell the digital file.
You MAY NOT alter the file and sell it as a download.
You MAY alter the design and sell it as a completed item or a transfer.

Every design is different, but typically the adult size is 10" max one way and the adult large is 13" max one way.

Yes, you must have a heat press capable of reaching 400 degrees F to apply steady pressure for ~60 seconds. Ironing will not work.

There are many factors that can make a design come out too light. Check these first:
Was the shirt at least 60-100% polyester?
Was the heat press up to the proper temperature before pressing?
Did you apply steady, even pressure for a long enough time to allow the dye to process?

I allow myself a 2 week turnaround window to make sure I have plenty of time to fill the order. I always try to send the order out sooner, but allow the full 2 weeks when placing orders that are needed by a certain date.

We ship all orders using USPS first class mail. You will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped. Please refer to this tracking number for all updates once the order has shipped out. We will not have any additional information about the shipping process once it has left our hands.
