Please be aware that our shop at this time has an *ALL SALES FINAL* policy, we do not cancel PAID orders. We are happy to EXCHANGE your purchases for something of an equal value with shipment paid by buyer. At this time we do not issue refunds, but store credit is available.

Custom Orders: no refunds, exchanges or returns on custom orders unless the item shipped is faulty by creation. We are not responsible for the damages during the shipping process.

We accept and use Paypal and/or direct payment for all of our transactions. Transactions must be paid in full at time of purchase or order will be canceled.
Shipping
We prefer to ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or FEDEX. If you have a preferred carrier please convo me before check out, so we can work out the additional charges (if applicable).

We are not responsible for any buyer's customs fees. We try to keep the possibility of customs fees reduced as best as possible without compromising the safety and insurance of the order. We only apply the shipping rates given via USPS or FedEx. We do not make money off shipping, we aim for the best shipment at the best price. Customs fees are not included. Thank You!
