RussianMiniatures-The heart of the northern city

Hello! My name is Slava and I am from Russia. I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, the north-west Russia.
I was a child love glass and products made of it. In 2003, I was with a few friends organized a small studio for the production of artistic articles made of colored glass. In each figure, we try to put our soul and the love and the spirit of our city!

I don't accept returns or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

☆Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

☆Lost packages will be refunded (less the shipping cost ).
For international shipments, 15 weeks must pass before a refund is given.

Refund is made in the case of mechanical damage on delivery commodity.
Payment is on the wallet PayPal
I send orders within 1-5 days after making of a payment for the order. The orders are sent directly from Russia by Russian Post. Usually it takes about 2,5-4 weeks to deliver a parcel to the USA, Canada and to the main countries and Europe. Please have patience.

If you need express delivery, please contact me after the order and let me know.
Express delivery - EMS post takes 8-14 days - 28-30$ cost. It depends on weight.

All parcels are sent by Air Registered Mail and I provide with a tracking number.

I pack the figurines very well and they usually arrive in perfect condition. If by chance a figurine is delivered broken (this happens very seldom) I return payment or send a replacement.
