My husband and I have owned a retail shop for several years now, but here I offer some of my own homemade goodies. My regular household messes include paintings, drawings, journals, ornaments, and needlework. Creating pretty things helps make my head sit on straight, and selling some of them through Etsy allows me to work at home and raise my son. Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is very important to me. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of my goodies, you may return the product within 5 days of receipt for a refund less shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Payment
I accept Paypal, and I do ship Internationally. Please contact me within 3 days to arrange payment details. Payment must be received within 7 days or the item will be relisted. Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped to you within 24-48 hours (not including weekends or holidays). We prefer payment via Paypal - it is by far the safest and fastest, and you DON'T have to have a Paypal account!
Shipping
I ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery (International orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail only). I'll choose the best method based on the item being shipped, so as to save you the most money. We charge exact shipping charges, and are happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases (when possible), so please don't pay until you receive your final invoice! Once payment is received and processed, your order will be shipped to you within 24-48 hours (not including weekends or holidays). I'll pack your order very carefully, however once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please purchase shipping insurance.
