My name is Danny Cash. The smell of fresh cut wood frees my soul like nothing else can.

Thank you for visiting Rustic Garage on Etsy. My name is Danny Cash. In my life I have done a little of this and a little of that, but a true passion of mine is woodworking.

I was born and raised in Oklahoma. I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2001 and after serving four years I have pursued a peaceful quiet lifestyle and career. My wife and I live in the mountains of Northern Arizona {Prescott area} and welcomed our first son in October 2013.

I am a self-taught artisan, a harsh self-critic and perfectionist. I like to take the extra time to make sure a piece of furniture is just right, perfectly smooth, perfectly square and finished. For local clients I make furniture - coffee tables, headboards, etc. I may be able to ship large items upon special request. I enjoy exploring new ideas in my work and spending time making each piece the highest quality.

My wife is also a fulltime Etsian at theheadbandshoppe.etsy.com and making handmade goods is the way in which we both seek to support our small family. We will give you the best of our time and efforts. Thank you for supporting an American-based small business.

Payment
Payment on orders is due in full before your product will ship. If you order a piece and need to cancel and the piece has not yet shipped, please email me as soon as possible so I can process the cancellation for you.

**Custom Work**: If you wish to order a custom piece from Rustic Garage on Etsy please let me know which pieces most inspire you and send me a message so we can discuss design options. I cannot guarantee I can customize a piece to your specifications so I will discuss options with you one on one before proceeding. A deposit is required to begin the custom design process. This covers the time and supplies required for the design process and if requested, a photography session of your custom design. The cost of this deposit is then deducted from the final cost of your piece so you only pay the balance before the piece is shipped.
Shipping
Current standard processing time on new orders is 2 weeks. Please send me a message before ordering if you have an upcoming event date so that I can make sure that I can accommodate. You may request a rush order for an additional charge if you need a piece in less than 2 weeks. Shipping/handling fees are assessed to cover both the price of shipping as well as the cost of packaging supplies (box, bubble mailer, filler material, labels, ink, etc).

Rustic Garage on Etsy cannot guarantee that you will receive the item by a specific date if shipped parcel post. Please allow sufficient time to receive the item, especially internationally. Items shipped in the US weighing 13 ounces or less are sent via first class mail. Items weighing over 13 ounces are sent via priority.

Please allow up to 6 weeks for international delivery (though typical ship time is approx 10 days) depending on country. If you would like to upgrade to faster and/or trackable service, please contact me prior to completing the payment process for a quote.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy. The first step in this process is that I provide quality products that I believe you will love. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of your product when received (please email us with specific details), or in the event that a piece is damaged in transit to you, we will assist you in exchanging or returning your piece.

On the large polyresin faux taxidermy we pack as safely as possible but know that breakage can occur in transit if parcel is mishandled. We purchase insurance on all these parcels. If your box is damaged, please send photos of the box and the damaged contents and we will immediately begin the process of making and sending you a replacement at no charge to you.

Custom signs that have been made specifically for you are final sale, as we would be unable to sell that to anyone else. Custom work like this is final sale.

Please keep in mind that I am a small business, not a large company with a large product margin. Returns are not ideal, but we do realize they are a necessary part of business in some circumstances. If you are considering purchasing several items and returning all but one, please let us guide you to the piece that is right for you before you purchase.
Additional policies and FAQs
Sales Tax: As a business we are required to collect sales tax from buyers located in Arizona. At checkout, a sales tax of 10.35% will be added to your total. This applies to AZ residents only!

While we do not anticipate this to be the case with most of our customers, Rustic Garge on Etsy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
