Welcome to Rustick Expressions ~ If you love the rustic look, whether it be barnwood, beachy, primitive, or vintage with a splash of shabby chic, your in the right place :)

Returns and exchanges
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of arrival. There is a five day time limit for notification of a return once it arrives to you. After this, I will not be able to do a refund. I cannot refund a purchase if damaged during shipment back to me so please package your item carefully and in the original packaging and box to avoid this from happening. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Custom orders are NON-refundable as they are made custom for you and most would not be re-sellable.
Vintage Items are also sold as is and non-refundable. I would be more than happy to take more pictures if you would like to see more views of a particular item.

I will refund your purchase price (minus all shipping costs) within 5 days of receiving your returned item as long as it is received in it's original condition.

If you will be returning your item, please be kind and e-mail me or message me on Etsy To notify me of your return.

Although not typical, if your item(s) are damaged during shipping to you, please contact me immediately. I package items very carefully with lots of bubble wrap to ensure item is not damaged so hopefully this does not happen.
Payment is due at time of purchase. I offer and accept Direct Check Out, Etsy Gift Cards and Paypal. You are able to use a regular credit card through Paypal.

My goal is to ship currently in stock items within 24-48 hours of purchase. For items I have to make, I ask for 5-7 days to create and then of course there will be shipping time. Times will vary depending on which item you are interested in. I can give you an expected shipping time if you notify me via etsy or e-mail rustickexpressions [!at] with what you are interested in.

Currently I ship Monday through Saturday. There might be delays around holidays.

All my items are handmade. I do not make mass amounts of each one. Some take longer than others to make. I appreciate your patience and understanding so that I can make it as beautiful as possible for you.

All orders are sent USPS First Class, Priority Mail. Your purchase should arrive in 2-5 days after shipping depending on your location. I currently do not ship International.

Once your package has shipped, I will send a courtesy notice that includes your tracking number (US packages or Priority International only)

SHIPPING ADDRESSES: Please be sure your Paypal address and your Etsy address match. I ship to your address listed in Paypal unless otherwise you have it noted to me elsewhere.

Insurance is NOT included on a normal shipment. If you would like to have your package insured, please let me know in advance - there will be a small extra charge.
